To improve the selection and acceptance processes for new employees. To increase the level of care for all categories of employees, especially those who are efficient and perspective are to be morally and materially stimulated. Prevention – education and control activities to protect employees from workplace injury and work related illnesses. Regular education of managers and critical employees, who have influence on environmental protection, safety and health during work according to the law in force, regulations and their updating. RELATIONSHIP TO SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS
Systematically organise selection processes with subcontractors and suppliers for materials and services. With a responsible selection guarantee high quality of works carried out. To end cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers who do not guarantee good quality work or supplied materials in relation to the environment, safety and health during work and final customer satisfaction. To create a sphere of proven subcontractors and suppliers, and give preference to companies that implement QMS systems according to CSN EN ISO 9001, EMS according to CSN EN ISO 14 001 and the managerial systém BOZP.
RELATIONSHIP TO PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
In the production process norms, fundamentals and experience are strictly obeyed. Use of proven technologies. To enrich the production process with new knowledge and introduce new technologies and materials. Through their implementation create conditions that better satisfy the customer. To promote and use during production modern ecological technologies and sell ecological materials.

Furthermore, the majority of building technicians working in daughter companies have worked in management positions on constructions of VW WACHAL a.s. and are, therefore, aware of the quality, environmental protection, security and workplace safety requirements.
