Digitalizace stavebnictv\u00ed p\u0159inese nov\u00e9 profesn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy i probl\u00e9my"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stavebnictv\u00ed bylo doned\u00e1vna pova\u017eov\u00e1no sp\u00ed\u0161e za konzervativn\u00ed obor, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e se r\u016fzn\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 novinky uplat\u0148uj\u00ed pomalu. <em>\u201eKdyby byl automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl st\u00e1le tak konzervativn\u00ed, jako je stavebnictv\u00ed, jezdili bychom dodnes na kon\u00edch,\u201c<\/em> posteskl si dokonce na sv\u00e9 pra\u017esk\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce slavn\u00fd rakousk\u00fd architekt <strong>Wolf D. Prix<\/strong>, spoluzakladatel studia Coop Himmelb(l)au. Ani stavebnictv\u00ed se v\u0161ak moderniza\u010dn\u00edm trend\u016fm nevyhnulo a nastupuj\u00edc\u00ed digitalizace mo\u017en\u00e1 cel\u00fd obor zm\u011bn\u00ed natolik, \u017ee u\u017e nyn\u00ed po vzoru pr\u016fmyslu 4.0 hovo\u0159\u00edme o <strong>stavebnictv\u00ed 4.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdstavba<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1kladem nov\u00fdch trend\u016f a postup\u016f ve stavebnictv\u00ed je technologie BIM (Building Information Modeling) a jej\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st \u2013 digit\u00e1ln\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00ed model budovy. Ten v\u00a0sob\u011b spojuje jak projekt, tak i\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed informace nutn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdstavbu, provoz a n\u00e1slednou likvidaci budovy po skon\u010den\u00ed jej\u00ed \u017eivotnosti. Aplikace technologie BIM s\u00a0sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0projektov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdstavb\u011b. Zat\u00edmco d\u0159\u00edve se vyu\u017e\u00edvaly b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 2D v\u00fdkresy, jejich\u017e p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 zm\u011bna v\u00a0procesu stavby domu byla velmi slo\u017eit\u00e1 na koordinaci v\u0161ech profes\u00ed, v\u00a0BIM mohou v\u0161ichni odborn\u00edci pracovat na jednom centr\u00e1ln\u00edm 3D modelu. V\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 modifikace jsou pak v\u00a0n\u011bm ihned dostupn\u00e9 v\u0161em z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdm osob\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159itom je, \u017ee informa\u010dn\u00ed model budovy m\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat nejen projektovou dokumentaci, ale t\u00e9\u017e evidenci \u010dasov\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti a n\u00e1klady na jednotliv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed modelu mohou b\u00fdt rovn\u011b\u017e informace nutn\u00e9 pro ekologickou udr\u017eitelnost nebo \u00fadaje o provozn\u00edch a energetick\u00fdch n\u00e1roc\u00edch budovy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technologie BIM by m\u011bla umo\u017enit efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdstavbu a komunikaci mezi v\u0161emi odborn\u00edky od projektant\u016f, urbanist\u016f, geodet\u016f a\u017e po zhotovitele stavby a jej\u00ed u\u017eivatele. Zde v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee technooptimistick\u00e1 budoucnost narazit na b\u011b\u017enou ka\u017edodenn\u00ed realitu. <em>\u201eOd roku 2022 bude vyu\u017eit\u00ed BIM nezbytn\u00e9 pro realizaci v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch st\u00e1tn\u00edch zak\u00e1zek. Te\u010f ale nap\u0159\u00edklad nev\u00edme, jak bude prob\u00edhat sd\u00edlen\u00ed dat, proto\u017ee spolu zat\u00edm neum\u011bj\u00ed komunikovat jednotliv\u00e1 datov\u00e1 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b, takzvan\u00e1 CDE (Common Data Environment). Na digitalizaci stavebnictv\u00ed bychom se m\u011bli p\u0159ipravovat, ov\u0161em pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 po\u017eadavky zat\u00edm neexistuje \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> popisuje pot\u00ed\u017ee s\u00a0nov\u00fdmi technologiemi <strong>Ond\u0159ej Wachal<\/strong>, provozn\u011b-ekonomick\u00fd \u0159editel krom\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed firmy VW WACHAL, kter\u00e1 realizuje \u0159adu staveb ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zk\u00e1ch i pro soukrom\u00e9 investory.<\/p>\n<h2>BIM p\u0159inese nov\u00e9 profesn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy i pot\u0159ebu aktualizace legislativy<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digitalizace stavebnictv\u00ed v\u0161ak bude kl\u00e1st nov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky tak\u00e9 na samotn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed profese. Zat\u00edmco architekti, projektanti nebo urbanist\u00e9 u\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u011b s\u00a0digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi 3D modely pracuj\u00ed, mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f bude muset citeln\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it sv\u00e9 znalosti. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to hlavn\u011b t\u011bch profes\u00ed, kter\u00e9 stavbu p\u0159\u00edmo realizuj\u00ed. Stavebn\u00ed firmy tak u\u017e nyn\u00ed stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed nutnost\u00ed vy\u0161kolit n\u011bkter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance, aby zvl\u00e1dli pou\u017e\u00edvat nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed technologie. Co\u017e znamen\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady a nejde to v\u017edy snadno. <em>\u201e<\/em><em>P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm star\u0161\u00ed generace \u0159emesln\u00edk\u016f a stavbyvedouc\u00edch je zvykl\u00e1 na b\u011b\u017enou pap\u00edrovou technickou dokumentaci a necht\u011bj\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat t\u0159eba tablet s\u00a03D modelem stavby,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed <strong>Ond\u0159ej Wachal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00a0digitalizac\u00ed stavebnictv\u00ed souvis\u00ed i pot\u0159eba novelizace stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1kona, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed na takto radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny ve stavebnictv\u00ed reagovat. <em>\u201e<\/em><em>Pokud hovo\u0159\u00edme o tom, \u017ee BIM p\u0159inese v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed efektivitu ve stavebnictv\u00ed, ur\u010dit\u011b to nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 bez rekodifikace stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1kona. BIM p\u0159edstavuje datov\u00fd standard, ale stavebn\u00ed z\u00e1kon do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry definuje procesy: jak stavby p\u0159ipravovat, jak vyb\u00edrat dodavatele i jak postupovat p\u0159i v\u00fdstavb\u011b. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee pokud chceme digitalizovat stavebnictv\u00ed, mus\u00ed doj\u00edt k\u00a0razantn\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v\u00a0legislativ\u011b,\u201c <\/em>uv\u00e1d\u00ed <strong>Petr Maty\u00e1\u0161<\/strong>, p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva spolku <strong>CzBIM<\/strong>, kter\u00fd se v\u011bnuje problematice informa\u010dn\u00edho modelov\u00e1n\u00ed staveb. Novela z\u00e1kona, je\u017e bude mo\u017enosti technologie BIM v\u00edce zohled\u0148ovat, by m\u011bla platit na p\u0159elomu let 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tak\u00e9 do stavebnictv\u00ed naplno vstupuje digitalizace.
