U\u017e 1. ledna 2018 v\u0161ak nabyla \u00fa\u010dinnosti velk\u00e1 novela, kter\u00e1 <\/span><b>p\u0159inesla \u0159adu v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch zm\u011bn<\/b><span style=\"\">. C\u00edlem posledn\u00ed novely je zjednodu\u0161it povolovac\u00ed proces stavby a zv\u00fd\u0161it kvalitu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy. Zm\u011bny se dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed mnoha subjekt\u016f v\u010detn\u011b fyzick\u00fdch osob, kter\u00e9 se chystaj\u00ed stav\u011bt rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b si vysta\u010d\u00edte jen s \u00fazemn\u00edm souhlasem a ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm. Stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed u\u017e nen\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9, neprob\u00edh\u00e1 ani kolaudace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">P\u0159ed nabyt\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinnosti novely se zjednodu\u0161en\u00fd schvalovac\u00ed re\u017eim t\u00fdkal jen staveb o maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 150 m<\/span><span style=\"\">2<\/span><span style=\"\">. Od ledna minul\u00e9ho roku nepot\u0159ebujete stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed ani p\u0159i realizaci v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho v\u00edcepodla\u017en\u00edho rodinn\u00e9ho domu se sklepem. Je v\u0161ak nezbytn\u00e9 splnit podm\u00ednku v podob\u011b proveden\u00ed p\u0159edepsan\u00fdch m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a zkou\u0161ek, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm <\/span><b>p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed souhlasu t\u0159et\u00edch osob<\/b><span style=\"\">. S pl\u00e1novanou stavbou toti\u017e mus\u00ed souhlasit nap\u0159\u00edklad i majitel\u00e9 sousedn\u00edch pozemk\u016f.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Slou\u010den\u00ed povolovac\u00edch proces\u016f<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Snahy o zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed administrativy a zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality fungov\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy se projevily v mo\u017enosti <\/span><b>slou\u010den\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch povolovac\u00edch proces\u016f do jednoho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\">. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b Spole\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00ed a stavebn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spojen\u00e9 s posuzov\u00e1n\u00edm vliv\u016f na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, d\u00e1le \u00dazemn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spojen\u00e9 s posuzov\u00e1n\u00edm vliv\u016f na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a Spole\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00ed a stavebn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Pro stavebn\u00edky <\/span><b>nen\u00ed slou\u010den\u00ed proces\u016f povinn\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"\">. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1jmu m\u016f\u017eete vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u016fvodn\u00ed postupy, tedy pod\u00e1vat \u017e\u00e1dosti samostatn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>V\u00edce \u010dasu na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch \u00fazemn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Novela stavebn\u00edho z\u00e1kona uleh\u010dila spoustu pr\u00e1ce i m\u011bst\u016fm a obc\u00edm. Z praktick\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu toti\u017e <\/span><b>prodlou\u017eila lh\u016ftu pro po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nov\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f<\/b><span style=\"\"> o cel\u00e9 dva roky. \u00dazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny mus\u00ed vypracovat do konce roku 2022. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed stavby m\u016f\u017ee stavebn\u00edk za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e\u00edvat stavbu ihned, odpad\u00e1 toti\u017e povinnost p\u0159edat \u00fa\u0159ad\u016fm ozn\u00e1men\u00ed o dokon\u010den\u00ed stavby.
