M\u00e1me tu leden roku 2020, kdy evropsk\u00e1 sm\u011brnice nab\u00fdv\u00e1 svou platnost. Jak se bude stav\u011bt v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch a letech? A opravdu bude mo\u017en\u00e9 realizovat jen pasivn\u00ed \u010di n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 domy? Poj\u010fme si na tyto ot\u00e1zky odpov\u011bd\u011bt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Budovy s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulovou spot\u0159ebou energie<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Ze sm\u011brnice Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu vych\u00e1z\u00ed po\u017eadavek na v\u00fdstavbu <\/span><b>tzv. budov s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulovou spot\u0159ebou energie<\/b><span style=\"\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"\">NZEB \u2013 Nearly zero-energy buildings<\/span><\/i><span style=\"\">). Jedn\u00e1 se o stavby, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed z hlediska kvality a tepeln\u011bizola\u010dn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed po\u017eadavky na ob\u00e1lku domu. D\u00e1le mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vybaveny \u00fasporn\u00fdm a dob\u0159e regulovateln\u00fdm vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm, syst\u00e9mem odv\u011btr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fasporn\u00fdm osv\u011btlen\u00edm. Alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b by m\u011bla b\u00fdt budova <\/span><b>z\u00e1sobov\u00e1na z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f<\/b><span style=\"\">, nap\u0159\u00edklad s vyu\u017eit\u00edm sol\u00e1rn\u00edch kolektor\u016f nebo fotovoltaick\u00fdch panel\u016f.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlensk\u00fd st\u00e1t EU si p\u0159itom po\u017eadavky sm\u011brnice zapracoval do legislativy dle vlastn\u00edho uv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika definovala term\u00edn budov s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulovou spot\u0159ebou vcelku benevolentn\u011b, v re\u00e1lu tak mus\u00ed stavby dosahovat m\u011brn\u00e9 spot\u0159eby tepla v rozsahu od 30 do 70 kWh na m<\/span><span style=\"\">2<\/span><span style=\"\">. Tyto hodnoty jsou <\/span><b>velmi<\/b> <b>bl\u00edzk\u00e9 n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00fdm stavb\u00e1m<\/b><span style=\"\">, jak je zn\u00e1me doposud.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Jen pasivn\u00ed a n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 domy? Ne nutn\u011b<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\"><span style=\"\">U\u017e d\u0159\u00edve se \u010dasto mluvilo o tom, \u017ee od roku 2020 bude mo\u017en\u00e9 stav\u011bt jen pasivn\u00ed nebo n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 domy. <\/span><b>Ve skute\u010dnosti tomu tak nen\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\"> \u2013 po\u017eadavky na domy s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulovou spot\u0159ebou energie jsou odli\u0161n\u00e9 od po\u017eadavk\u016f na n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9 a pasivn\u00ed domy, resp. jsou v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Obecn\u011b lze NZEB stavby opravdu <\/span><b>p\u0159irovnat k budov\u00e1m v n\u00edzkoenergetick\u00e9m standardu<\/b><span style=\"\">, od pasivn\u00edch dom\u016f jsou je\u0161t\u011b na m\u00edle vzd\u00e1len\u00e9. Z\u00e1jem o realizaci pasivn\u00edch dom\u016f ale roste ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokem, a to i p\u0159es v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady. Z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska se toti\u017e stavba pasivn\u00edho domu vyplat\u00ed a zajist\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed komfort p\u0159i bydlen\u00ed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>V\u011bt\u0161ina d\u0159\u00edve realizovan\u00fdch staveb podm\u00ednky spl\u0148uje<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Z nov\u00e9 Sm\u011brnice o energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov nemus\u00edte m\u00edt strach. <\/span><b>Stavebn\u00ed firmy se na ni p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b<\/b><span style=\"\"> a n\u011bkter\u00e9 u\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu stav\u00ed podle nov\u00fdch pravidel. Dle odhad\u016f by p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky nespl\u0148ovalo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b jen 15 % d\u0159\u00edve realizovan\u00fdch staveb. U ostatn\u00edch by nebyl \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b by sta\u010dilo prov\u00e9st drobn\u00e9 \u00fapravy. \u017d\u00e1dnou revoluci ve stavebnictv\u00ed ne\u010dekejte \u2013 i v roce 2020 se bude stav\u011bt podobn\u011b jako doposud.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Stavby, kter\u00fdch se nov\u00e1 pravidla net\u00fdkaj\u00ed<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Existuj\u00ed stavby, kter\u00fdch se po\u017eadavky Sm\u011brnice o energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov nedotknou, proto\u017ee byly za\u0159azeny do v\u00fdjimek. Jedn\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na o mal\u00e9 chaty, chalupy a rekrea\u010dn\u00ed objekty, kter\u00e9 nejsou ur\u010deny k celoro\u010dn\u00edmu ob\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed. Ty mohou b\u00fdt postaveny i jako m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fasporn\u00e9. Do v\u00fdjimek jsou za\u0159azeny pochopiteln\u011b i kostely a<\/span>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wachal.cz\/rekonstrukce-pamatek-jak-k-ni-spravne-pristupovat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"\">pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 budovy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"\">, u kter\u00fdch by bylo spln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f mnohdy nerealizovateln\u00e9.
