Sta\u010d\u00ed v\u0161ak vej\u00edt dovnit\u0159, a hned v\u00e1m bude jasn\u00e9, \u017ee je v\u0161echno jinak. V minul\u00e9m roce jsme toti\u017e \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b dokon\u010dili <\/span><b>rozs\u00e1hlou rekonstrukci vnit\u0159n\u00edch prostor\u016f univerzitn\u00ed budovy<\/b><span style=\"\">, kter\u00e1 slou\u017e\u00ed student\u016fm i pracovn\u00edk\u016fm \u00dastavu technologie potravin. B\u011bhem v\u00fduky m\u016f\u017ee laborato\u0159e vyu\u017e\u00edvat a\u017e 84 student\u016f. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch 30 pak m\u016f\u017ee sou\u010dasn\u011b pracovat na sv\u00fdch kvalifika\u010dn\u00edch prac\u00edch.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Nov\u00e9 laborato\u0159e \u2013 zmen\u0161en\u00e1 verze skute\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch provoz\u016f<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">P\u016fvodn\u00ed laborato\u0159e u\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu neodpov\u00eddaly b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm standard\u016fm potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch provoz\u016f. Univerzita Tom\u00e1\u0161e Bati se proto rozhodla pro <\/span><b>investici p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku 100 milion\u016f korun<\/b><span style=\"\">, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 se py\u0161n\u00ed nov\u00fdmi \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdmi laborato\u0159emi zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi na technologii potravin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Studenti bakal\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch i magistersk\u00fdch obor\u016f tak maj\u00ed jedine\u010dnou mo\u017enost osahat si profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se <\/span><b>objevuj\u00ed ve skute\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch provozech<\/b><span style=\"\">. Laborato\u0159e jsou zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na ml\u00e9k\u00e1renskou, masnou \u010di rostlinnou v\u00fdrobu, stejn\u011b tak i na v\u00fdrobu alkoholick\u00fdch i nealkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. V r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky si vyzkou\u0161\u00ed <\/span><b>malov\u00fdrobu v \u0159\u00e1dech litr\u016f \u010di kilogram\u016f<\/b><span style=\"\">. Vlastn\u00edmi silami tak vyprodukuj\u00ed i n\u011bkolik kil s\u00fdr\u016f nebo sal\u00e1m\u016f. Podrobn\u011b se seznamuj\u00ed s procesy, kter\u00e9 do hloubky analyzuj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Rekonstrukce se neobe\u0161la bez rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch \u00faprav<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Rekonstrukce<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wachal.cz\/reference\/rekonstrukce-laboratori-technologie-potravin-univerzita-tomase-bati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"\">v\u00fdukov\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00ed na Univerzit\u011b Tom\u00e1\u0161e Bati<\/span><\/a><span style=\"\"> se obe\u0161la bez pot\u0159eby zm\u011bny vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podoby nebo z\u00e1sah\u016f do \u017eelezobetonov\u00e9 konstrukce z roku 1991. P\u0159esto musela na\u0161e stavebn\u00ed firma VW Wachal prov\u00e9st <\/span><b>n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed \u00fapravy<\/b><span style=\"\">, kter\u00e9 spo\u010d\u00edvaly nap\u0159\u00edklad ve vybour\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdpln\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch otvor\u016f i v\u0161ech nenosn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010dek. Po demont\u00e1\u017ei st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a odstran\u011bn\u00ed keramick\u00fdch obklad\u016f jsme postavili nov\u00e9 d\u011blic\u00ed a st\u011bnov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dky z keramick\u00fdch tv\u00e1rnic. P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru materi\u00e1l\u016f jsme museli db\u00e1t na <\/span><b>zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch hygienick\u00fdch i bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch podm\u00ednek<\/b><span style=\"\">, kter\u00e9 se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo splnit na v\u00fdbornou.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Krom\u011b laborato\u0159\u00ed se pracovi\u0161t\u011b honos\u00ed i nov\u00fdm z\u00e1zem\u00edm<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159estavb\u011b interi\u00e9rov\u00fdch prostor\u016f U2 Univerzity Tom\u00e1\u0161e Bati vznikly nejen zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 laborato\u0159e pro technologie v\u00fdroby potravin, ale tak\u00e9 profesion\u00e1ln\u011b vybaven\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b pro mikrobiologickou, fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed a senzorickou anal\u00fdzu surovin a potravin. T\u00edm v\u0161ak zm\u011bny st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed budovy neskon\u010dily. Studenti, pedagogov\u00e9 i v\u011bdci maj\u00ed nov\u011b k dispozici i <\/span><b>nov\u00e9 sklady, \u0161atny i soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a technologick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\">. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed prostory jsme zhotovili tak, aby byly pro u\u017eivatele nejen funk\u010dn\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a esteticky hodnotn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>P\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 laboratorn\u00ed podm\u00ednky mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat i vzduchotechnika<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">P\u0159i pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed i samotn\u00fdch prac\u00edch jsme museli spole\u010dn\u011b s projektanty promyslet v\u0161e do posledn\u00edho detailu. P\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm laboratorn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m mus\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad odpov\u00eddat i <\/span><b>vzduchotechnika<\/b><span style=\"\">, jej\u00ed\u017e realizace byla pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vzduchotechnick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je toti\u017e nespo\u010det za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mus\u00ed zajistit funk\u010dn\u00ed a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd odtah chemick\u00fdch digesto\u0159\u00ed, filtrac\u00ed prachu, \u0161aten, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed i odv\u011btr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed laborato\u0159\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Projekt rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 rekonstrukce v\u00fdukov\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00ed UTB Zl\u00edn n\u00e1s utvrdil v tom, \u017ee se n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch a v mnoha ohledech specifick\u00fdch realizac\u00ed rozhodn\u011b nemus\u00edme b\u00e1t. Z mnohalet\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed s v\u00fdstavbou pro<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wachal.cz\/kategorie\/stavby-pro-skolstvi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"\">oblast \u0161kolstv\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"\"> nebo<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wachal.cz\/kategorie\/prumyslove-stavby\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"\">pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch staveb<\/span><\/a><span style=\"\"> jsme \u010derpali i v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b.
