Podm\u00ednky se mohou t\u00fdkat nap\u0159\u00edklad maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky budovy, rozlohy domu, sklonu a barvy st\u0159echy, ale t\u0159eba i um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed obytn\u00fdch m\u00edstnost\u00ed. P\u0159esto od roku 2020 <\/span><b>plat\u00ed <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wachal.cz\/novostavba-v-roce-2020-uz-jen-pasivni-a-nizkoenergeticke-domy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>nov\u00e1 pravidla pro v\u00fdstavbu dom\u016f<\/b><\/a><span style=\"\">, podle kter\u00fdch je mo\u017en\u00e9 stav\u011bt jen budovy s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulovou spot\u0159ebou energie. Na tuto problematiku jsme se zam\u011b\u0159ili v d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b lze \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee na ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete postavit d\u016fm, kter\u00fd bude m\u00edt nejv\u00fd\u0161e jedno podzemn\u00ed podla\u017e\u00ed do hloubky 3 metr\u016f, 2 nadzemn\u00ed podla\u017e\u00ed a podkrov\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>I v roce 2020 si na povolen\u00ed po\u010dk\u00e1te n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Jak dlouho bude trvat vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed nebo ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed? To v\u00e1m bohu\u017eel ne\u0159ekneme. Stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed lze obvykle vy\u0159\u00eddit b\u011bhem 4 a\u017e 5 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, <\/span><b>z\u00e1vis\u00ed v\u0161ak na mnoha okolnostech<\/b><span style=\"\">. D\u00e9lku vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje zejm\u00e9na po\u010det org\u00e1n\u016f, od kter\u00fdch budete pot\u0159ebovat raz\u00edtko a souhlasn\u00e9 stanovisko. M\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o spr\u00e1vce s\u00edt\u00ed, pam\u00e1tk\u00e1\u0159e, hygieniky, hasi\u010de nebo odbor \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Pokud si vysta\u010d\u00edte s ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm stavby a m\u00e1te v\u0161echny podklady zkompletovan\u00e9, stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad vyd\u00e1 souhlas do 30 dn\u016f od ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">V \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dk\u016f 190 st\u00e1t\u016f sv\u011bta je \u010cesk\u00e1 republika v rychlosti vy\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed stavebn\u00edho povolen\u00ed <\/span><b>na nelichotiv\u00e9m 157. m\u00edst\u011b.<\/b><span style=\"\"> Podobn\u011b jako \u010cesko si loni vedlo nap\u0159\u00edklad Kosovo, Honduras, Burundi nebo Pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed slonoviny. Obr\u0148te se proto trp\u011blivost\u00ed.
