V jedn\u00e9 je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba z vklad\u016f, ale zato vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farok z p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9ho \u00fav\u011bru, jin\u00e1 v\u00e1m \u00fa\u010dtuje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed poplatek za veden\u00ed \u00fa\u010dtu, ale zase v\u00e1m d\u00e1 bonus p\u0159i pravideln\u00e9m placen\u00ed. V t\u011bch r\u016fzn\u00fdch bonusech a podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch aby se \u010dert vyznal; vyb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete str\u00e1vit hodiny a hodiny, ale na konci stejn\u011b dostanete plus minus stejn\u011b. Ot\u00e1zka tedy nezn\u00ed, komu sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze sv\u011b\u0159it, ale zda to v\u016fbec je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1 cenu d\u011blat?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Odpov\u011b\u010f je ano, ale&#8230;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">S odpov\u011bd\u00ed nem\u00e1 cenu ot\u00e1let. Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed se oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu spo\u0159ic\u00edmu \u00fa\u010dtu po\u0159\u00e1d vyplat\u00ed. Za posledn\u00ed rok toti\u017e na spo\u0159ic\u00edch \u00fa\u010dtech i term\u00ednovan\u00fdch vkladech klesly \u00faroky o v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu. Pokud nechcete m\u00edt sv\u016fj spo\u0159ic\u00ed \u00fa\u010det spojen\u00fd s investi\u010dn\u00edm, tak na 1 % dos\u00e1hnete jen v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">I stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed se v z\u00e1kladu jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ehoupne p\u0159es ten jeden uboh\u00fd procentn\u00ed bod. By\u0165 je to jen p\u00e1r stovek ro\u010dn\u011b, za t\u011bch \u0161est let (co\u017e je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed <\/span><b>v\u00e1zac\u00ed lh\u016fta<\/b><span style=\"\">, b\u011bhem n\u00ed\u017e na pen\u00edze nesm\u00edte s\u00e1hnout) to dohromady d\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bkolik tis\u00edc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">P\u0159i \u0161estilet\u00e9m z\u00e1vazku k \u00faroku ale mus\u00edme p\u0159i\u010d\u00edst je\u0161t\u011b st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd <\/span><b>st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek 10 % <\/b><span style=\"\">z ro\u010dn\u00ed naspo\u0159en\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, d\u00edky n\u011bmu\u017e stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017ee jako jedin\u00e9 <\/span><b>p\u0159ekonat inflaci<\/b><span style=\"\">. Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny si toti\u017e ve sv\u00fdch smluvn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch nech\u00e1vaj\u00ed skulinku, je\u017e jim pro n\u011b nev\u00fdhodn\u00e9 smlouvy s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm zhodnocen\u00edm umo\u017e\u0148uje za ur\u010dit\u00fdch podm\u00ednek vypov\u011bd\u011bt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">A nakonec jako dost omezuj\u00edc\u00ed se ukazuje i <\/span><b>\u00fa\u010del spo\u0159en\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\">. Jak u\u017e samotn\u00fd n\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, pen\u00edze se zavazujete vyu\u017e\u00edt pro<\/span> <span style=\"\">stavbu, rekonstrukci \u010di po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nemovitosti. Kdo ale s jistotou v\u00ed, co bude za \u0161est let?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Se\u010dteno a podtr\u017eeno: V\u00fdhody stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">A te\u010f kone\u010dn\u011b k t\u011bm v\u00fdhod\u00e1m. Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed je ale i tak <\/span><b>nejlep\u0161\u00ed vybrat p\u0159esn\u011b za \u0161est let<\/b><span style=\"\">. Pot\u00e9 jeho v\u00fdhodnost za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 klesat.
