M\u00e1lokdo je schopen takov\u00e9ho zenov\u00e9ho klidu, aby se s nimi dok\u00e1zal ze dne na den rozlou\u010dit, kdy\u017e je vezme voda, lehnou popelem, nebo zmiz\u00ed v ciz\u00ed kapse. Proto je dobr\u00e9 si je pojistit, abyste za n\u011b p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dostali alespo\u0148 n\u011bjakou tu finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1hradu. A k tomu p\u0159esn\u011b slou\u017e\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>V\u00edte, \u017ee je rozd\u00edl mezi poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm dom\u00e1cnosti a nemovitosti?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Tohle je pom\u011brn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e1 <\/span><b>chyba p\u0159i sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\">. Spousta lid\u00ed si toti\u017e mysl\u00ed, \u017ee poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti se uzav\u00edr\u00e1 pro byty, kde\u017eto poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nemovitosti je ur\u010den\u00e9 majitel\u016fm dom\u016f, co\u017e nen\u00ed pravda. Ob\u011b pojistky si m\u016f\u017eete sjednat t\u0159eba i na <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wachal.cz\/chcete-bydlet-rychle-a-levne-resenim-muzou-byt-kontejnerove-domy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"\">obytn\u00fd kontejner<\/span><\/a><span style=\"\">. Kde?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Pokud si <\/span><b>pojist\u00edte<\/b> <b>nemovitost<\/b><span style=\"\">, m\u00e1te kryt\u00e9 v\u0161echno, co je na pevno sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed stavby, tedy st\u0159echu, krov, podlahy, v\u0161echny zdi i s om\u00edtkou a stropy i s osv\u011btlen\u00edm, stejn\u011b jako okna, dve\u0159e a topen\u00ed. <\/span><b>Poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti<\/b><span style=\"\"> se vztahuje jen na jej\u00ed vybaven\u00ed, kam pat\u0159\u00ed krom movit\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b elektroniky i fyzick\u00e9 pen\u00edze a dal\u0161\u00ed ceniny, potraviny, knihy, osobn\u00ed v\u011bci \u010dlen\u016f dom\u00e1cnosti a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i rostliny a zv\u00ed\u0159ata. A pak jsou tu sporn\u00e9 objekty jako kuchy\u0148sk\u00e1 linka \u010di vestav\u011bn\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b a spot\u0159ebi\u010de. Tam z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed u\u017e na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed poji\u0161\u0165ovn\u011b, do kter\u00e9ho pytle je hod\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Pozor ale na <\/span><b>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed hodnoty<\/b><span style=\"\">, \u010d\u00edm\u017e jsou my\u0161leny obrazy, \u0161perky, staro\u017eitnosti, sb\u00edrky a jin\u00e9 cennosti, je\u017e maj\u00ed historickou a\/nebo um\u011bleckou hodnotu. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed smlouvy, mluv\u00ed se u nich jen o <\/span><b>\u201ehodnot\u011b obvykl\u00e9\u201c<\/b><span style=\"\">, co\u017e je dosti diskutabiln\u00ed veli\u010dina. Proto doporu\u010dujeme si na tyto p\u0159edm\u011bty (stejn\u011b jako na v\u0161echno, co je v\u00e1m mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b drah\u00e9) zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 sjednat takzvan\u00e9 <\/span><b>soukrom\u00e9<\/b> <b>poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed a jin\u00e9ho majetku<\/b><span style=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Pro\u010d a na co v\u0161echno se pojistit?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">\u201ePro\u010d\u201c a \u201ena co\u201c spolu vlastn\u011b souvis\u00ed. Je to z\u00e1hada, ale z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b stoupaj\u00ed po\u010dty vytopen\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch praskl\u00fdm vodovodn\u00edm potrub\u00edm nebo vadnou elektroinstalac\u00ed \u010dasto b\u00fdv\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed <\/span><b>z\u00e1kladn\u00edho pojistn\u00e9ho bal\u00ed\u010dku<\/b><span style=\"\">, kde jinak najdete v\u0161emo\u017en\u00e9 \u017eiveln\u00e9 pohromy, vich\u0159ici, d\u00e9\u0161\u0165, krupobit\u00ed, \u00fader blesku a tak\u00e9 v\u00fdbuch, po\u017e\u00e1r \u010di dokonce p\u00e1d letadla i jeho \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\"><b>P\u0159ipojistit se<\/b><span style=\"\"> m\u016f\u017eete proti vloup\u00e1n\u00ed, kr\u00e1de\u017ei a vandalismu a zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zpravidla najdete i z\u00e1plavy, zkrat a p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed elektrick\u00e9ho proudu. Pro\u010d takov\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bci nejsou zahrnuty v z\u00e1kladu? Ne, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nejsou na vin\u011b chamtiv\u00e9 poji\u0161\u0165ovny, sna\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se vyd\u011blat na neznalosti a nepozornosti sv\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdpo\u010dtu v\u00fd\u0161e pojistn\u00e9ho je toti\u017e i kolonka <\/span><b>lokalita<\/b><span style=\"\">, je\u017e na z\u00e1klad\u011b statistik rozli\u0161uje r\u016fzn\u00e9 obydlen\u00e9 z\u00f3ny podle druh\u016f a stup\u0148\u016f hroz\u00edc\u00edho nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. Proto <\/span><b>pozorn\u011b \u010dt\u011bte smlouvy<\/b><span style=\"\">, ujist\u011bte se, \u017ee v\u00e1mi zvolen\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek zahrnuje v\u0161echna pro v\u00e1s d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 rizika, a <\/span><b>nebojte se zeptat<\/b><span style=\"\">. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce rizik pojistka pokr\u00fdv\u00e1, t\u00edm je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Rozhodn\u011b ale nem\u00e1 cenu si p\u0159ipl\u00e1cet za slu\u017eby, kter\u00e9 nevyu\u017eijete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Spousta poji\u0161\u0165oven nab\u00edz\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti, nemovitosti, odpov\u011bdnosti \u010di v\u011bc\u00ed ve vozidle ve <\/span><b>v\u00fdhodn\u00fdch<\/b> <b>bal\u00ed\u010dc\u00edch<\/b><span style=\"\">. Zdaleka sem nepat\u0159\u00ed jen pojistn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka, tedy cena dom\u00e1cnosti a ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed. Do kalkula\u010dky mus\u00edte na\u0165ukat tak\u00e9 <\/span><b>velikost obytn\u00e9 plochy<\/b><span style=\"\">, v\u00e1mi zvolenou <\/span><b>v\u00fd\u0161i spolu\u00fa\u010dasti<\/b><span style=\"\"> a <\/span><b>\u00farove\u0148 kryt\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\"> (tzn. jestli m\u00e1te poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proti p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm \u017eivl\u016fm i proti kr\u00e1de\u017ei), ji\u017e zmi\u0148ovanou <\/span><b>lokalitu<\/b><span style=\"\">, a d\u00e1le tak\u00e9 to, jak dob\u0159e m\u00e1te dom\u00e1cnost <\/span><b>zabezpe\u010denou<\/b><span style=\"\"> proti zlod\u011bj\u016fm a zda u v\u00e1s v minulosti ji\u017e k n\u011bjak\u00e9 pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti<\/span> <span style=\"\">do\u0161lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Jak\u00e9 jsou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby p\u0159i sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Spousta dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed si sjedn\u00e1 pojistku, ulev\u00ed si, \u017ee u\u017e je o v\u0161e postar\u00e1no, a pak l\u00e9ta poctiv\u011b plat\u00ed. Doporu\u010dujeme to d\u011blat pravideln\u011b <\/span><b>jednou za p\u011bt let<\/b><span style=\"\">. P\u0159i koupi n\u011bjak\u00e9ho dra\u017e\u0161\u00edho vybaven\u00ed si ji rad\u011bji upravte neprodlen\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">K podpoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt tak\u00e9 hned p\u0159i podpisu smlouvy. Lid\u00e9 toti\u017e \u010dasto chybuj\u00ed u\u017e p\u0159i odhadu hodnoty majetku, kter\u00fd <\/span><b>podhodnocuj\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\">, aby za pojistn\u00e9 nemuseli tolik utr\u00e1cet. T\u00edm sice ro\u010dn\u011b u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed p\u00e1r stovek \u010di tis\u00edcovek, ale kdy\u017e pak opravdu dojte k n\u011bjak\u00e9 t\u00e9 pohrom\u011b, poji\u0161\u0165ovna jim vyplat\u00ed mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pln\u011bn\u00ed. A z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9 podhodnocen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 smluvn\u011b <\/span><b>penalizov\u00e1no<\/b><span style=\"\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Opa\u010dnou situac\u00ed je takzvan\u00e9 <\/span><b>p\u0159epoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/b><span style=\"\">, to znamen\u00e1 nadhodnocen\u00ed majetku. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pojistn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed ale automaticky neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159i pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti dostanete vyplaceno v\u00edce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Nezapom\u00ednejte na <\/span><b>spolu\u00fa\u010dast<\/b><span style=\"\">. S poji\u0161\u0165ovnou se na \u00fahrad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u0161kody budete muset pod\u00edlet. Kolik d\u00e1te ze sv\u00e9ho, z\u00e1vis\u00ed na nastaven\u00ed smlouvy. V\u011bt\u0161ina poji\u0161\u0165oven nab\u00edz\u00ed <\/span><b>n\u011bkolik variant spolu\u00fa\u010dasti<\/b><span style=\"\">, od nich\u017e se pak odv\u00edj\u00ed i v\u00fd\u0161e pojistn\u00e9ho. Kdy\u017e si ji nastav\u00edte vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, budete na pojistn\u00e9m platit m\u00e9n\u011b a naopak. Je to trochu krok do nezn\u00e1ma: Nikdy nev\u00edte, co se v\u00e1m ve fin\u00e1le vyplat\u00ed v\u00edce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"\">Zaj\u00edm\u00e1 v\u00e1s, jak efektivn\u011b nakl\u00e1dat se sv\u00fdmi \u00fasporami?
