S bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edm se podzimem a zimou se st\u00e1v\u00e1 kritickou ochrana z\u00e1klad\u016f a spodn\u00ed stavby domu p\u0159ed mrazem a nadm\u011brnou vlhkost\u00ed. Tyto elementy tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad stability cel\u00e9ho objektu a jak\u00e9koli jejich po\u0161kozen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dalekos\u00e1hl\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. Ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed mrazu a vlhkosti v t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k poprask\u00e1n\u00ed betonu \u010di zdiva, naru\u0161en\u00ed izolac\u00ed, vzniku pl\u00edsn\u00ed nebo dokonce k poruch\u00e1m statiky. V\u010dasn\u00e9 a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 proveden\u00ed ochrann\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed je proto nezbytnou investic\u00ed do dlouhov\u011bk\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 budoucnosti va\u0161eho domova. Poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat na kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 kroky, jak z\u00e1klady a spodn\u00ed stavbu na zimu efektivn\u011b p\u0159ipravit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pro\u010d jsou mr\u00e1z a vlhkost pro z\u00e1klady nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mr\u00e1z:<\/strong> P\u016fsob\u00ed na stavbu p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm tzv. mrznut\u00ed vody v p\u016fd\u011b. Voda obsa\u017een\u00e1 v zemin\u011b pod z\u00e1klady se p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch pod bodem mrazu m\u011bn\u00ed v led, kter\u00fd zauj\u00edm\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objem (a\u017e o 9 %). Tento jev, zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako mrznut\u00ed zeminy, m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit <strong>zdvih\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1klad\u016f (tzv. mrazov\u00e9 zdvih\u00e1n\u00ed)<\/strong> a nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9 sed\u00e1n\u00ed po n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m t\u00e1n\u00ed. To vede k pnut\u00ed a prasklin\u00e1m v z\u00e1kladech, nosn\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch a dal\u0161\u00edch konstrukc\u00edch nad nimi. Mr\u00e1z m\u016f\u017ee po\u0161kodit i samotn\u00fd beton a zdivo, pokud nejsou dostate\u010dn\u011b zral\u00e9 (vytvrdl\u00e9) a obsahuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho nezmrzl\u00e9 vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vlhkost:<\/strong> Je pro spodn\u00ed stavbu hrozbou celoro\u010dn\u011b, ale na podzim a v zim\u011b se riziko zvy\u0161uje kv\u016fli \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm sr\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1m a pomalej\u0161\u00edmu vysych\u00e1n\u00ed. <strong>Vzl\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed vlhkost ze zem\u011b<\/strong> nebo <strong>zat\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed vody<\/strong> do suter\u00e9nu \u010di konstrukce z\u00e1klad\u016f m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k degradaci stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, po\u0161kozen\u00ed hydroizolace a tepeln\u00e9 izolace a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k tvorb\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch pl\u00edsn\u00ed. Pl\u00edsn\u011b nejen\u017ee ni\u010d\u00ed konstrukce a povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy, ale p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed i v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed riziko pro obyvatele domu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 kroky pro ochranu z\u00e1klad\u016f a spodn\u00ed stavby p\u0159ed zimou<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dokon\u010den\u00ed a ochrana v\u00fdkop\u016f a z\u00e1kladov\u00fdch konstrukc\u00ed:<\/strong> Pokud stavba nen\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v pokro\u010dil\u00e9 f\u00e1zi, je nezbytn\u00e9 zajistit, aby v\u00fdkopy nebyly zaplavov\u00e1ny vodou. Okol\u00ed z\u00e1klad\u016f nebo z\u00e1kladov\u00e9 desky je nutn\u00e9 <strong>vysp\u00e1dovat pry\u010d od stavby<\/strong>, aby sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e1 voda odt\u00e9kala. Nezastav\u011bn\u00e9 z\u00e1kladov\u00e9 pasy nebo z\u00e1kladovou desku je vhodn\u00e9 <strong>zakr\u00fdt geotextili\u00ed a nepromokavou f\u00f3li\u00ed<\/strong>, aby se minimalizovalo vsakov\u00e1n\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 vody a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se chr\u00e1nil povrch p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm mrazem a rychl\u00fdm promrz\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hydroizolace:<\/strong> Spr\u00e1vn\u011b proveden\u00e1 hydroizolace spodn\u00ed stavby (z\u00e1kladov\u00e9 desky, st\u011bn suter\u00e9nu) je <strong>naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1<\/strong> pro ochranu p\u0159ed vlhkost\u00ed ze zem\u011b. P\u0159ed zimou je nutn\u00e9 zkontrolovat, zda je hydroizolace kompletn\u00ed a nepo\u0161kozen\u00e1, zejm\u00e9na v kritick\u00fdch detailech, jako jsou prostupy (trubky, kabely) a napojen\u00ed na svislou izolaci. Pokud se izolace prov\u00e1d\u00ed na podzim, je pot\u0159eba pou\u017e\u00edt materi\u00e1ly vhodn\u00e9 pro dan\u00e9 podm\u00ednky (asfaltov\u00e9 p\u00e1sy, f\u00f3lie, st\u011brky) a db\u00e1t na preciznost proveden\u00ed, aby nedo\u0161lo k po\u0161kozen\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9m mrazu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instalace a kontrola dren\u00e1\u017ee:<\/strong> Funk\u010dn\u00ed dren\u00e1\u017en\u00ed syst\u00e9m okolo spodn\u00ed stavby je nejlep\u0161\u00ed obranou proti hydrostatick\u00e9mu tlaku vody a vzl\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed vlhkosti v zemin\u011b. Dren\u00e1\u017e <strong>odv\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159ebyte\u010dnou vodu<\/strong> z okol\u00ed z\u00e1klad\u016f pry\u010d od domu. P\u0159ed zimou je vhodn\u00e9 zkontrolovat pr\u016fchodnost dren\u00e1\u017en\u00edch trubek a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 sp\u00e1dov\u00e1n\u00ed. U novostaveb by m\u011bl b\u00fdt dren\u00e1\u017en\u00ed syst\u00e9m sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu a pe\u010dliv\u011b proveden. U star\u0161\u00edch dom\u016f m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dodate\u010dn\u00e1 instalace dren\u00e1\u017ee nezbytn\u00e1 pro \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f s vlhkost\u00ed ve sklep\u011b nebo zdivu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zateplen\u00ed soklu a \u010d\u00e1sti z\u00e1klad\u016f:<\/strong> A\u010dkoliv se prim\u00e1rn\u00ed zateplen\u00ed fas\u00e1dy \u0159e\u0161\u00ed pozd\u011bji, zateplen\u00ed soklu a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00e9ho suter\u00e9nu i \u010d\u00e1sti st\u011bn pod \u00farovn\u00ed ter\u00e9nu m\u00e1 velk\u00fd v\u00fdznam pro <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed tepeln\u00fdch ztr\u00e1t<\/strong> a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro <strong>posunut\u00ed bodu mrazu<\/strong> mimo nosn\u00e9 konstrukce a zeminu bezprost\u0159edn\u011b pod z\u00e1klady. Pro zateplen\u00ed spodn\u00ed stavby se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed materi\u00e1ly <strong>odoln\u00e9 proti vlhkosti a tlaku zeminy<\/strong>, nej\u010dast\u011bji extrudovan\u00fd polystyren (XPS) nebo p\u011bnov\u00e9 sklo. Tyto izolace se umis\u0165uj\u00ed na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stranu hydroizolace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ochrana \u010derstv\u00e9ho betonu a zdiva:<\/strong> Pokud stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce prob\u00edhaj\u00ed na podzim a hroz\u00ed mrazy, je nutn\u00e9 \u010derstv\u00fd beton a zdivo chr\u00e1nit. Beton dosahuje pln\u00e9 pevnosti pomaleji v chladu, a pokud zmrzne d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e dostate\u010dn\u011b vytvrdne, dojde k <strong>nevratn\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed<\/strong> jeho struktury (k\u0159ehne, ztr\u00e1c\u00ed pevnost). K ochran\u011b se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed termoizola\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159ikr\u00fdvky, f\u00f3lie, nebo dokonce do\u010dasn\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed pod plachtou. Do betonu lze p\u0159id\u00e1vat nemrznouc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsady, ale je nutn\u00e9 postupovat p\u0159esn\u011b podle technologick\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f a doporu\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdrobce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0158\u00e1dn\u00e9 z\u00e1sypy a ter\u00e9nn\u00ed \u00fapravy:<\/strong> Po dokon\u010den\u00ed prac\u00ed na spodn\u00ed stavb\u011b a zateplen\u00ed\/hydroizolaci je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 prov\u00e9st <strong>\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1syp<\/strong> v\u00fdkop\u016f vhodn\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem (nap\u0159. propustn\u00fdm \u0161t\u011brkem u dren\u00e1\u017ee, zeminou d\u00e1le od st\u011bny) a <strong>upravit ter\u00e9n s dostate\u010dn\u00fdm sp\u00e1dem<\/strong> sm\u011brem od domu (minim\u00e1ln\u011b 2 %, ide\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00edce). T\u00edm se zamez\u00ed hromad\u011bn\u00ed vody u st\u011bn suter\u00e9nu a vsakov\u00e1n\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek do z\u00e1syp\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed suter\u00e9nu v chladn\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I kdy\u017e venku klesaj\u00ed teploty, nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 suter\u00e9n nebo sklep \u00fapln\u011b uzav\u0159\u00edt. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 <strong>v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro odvod vlhkosti<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se zde m\u016f\u017ee hromadit (nap\u0159. vzl\u00edn\u00e1n\u00edm ze zem\u011b, kondenzac\u00ed). Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v zim\u011b je nutn\u00e9 v\u011btrat <strong>n\u00e1razov\u011b a kr\u00e1tce<\/strong>, ide\u00e1ln\u011b v dob\u011b, kdy je venkovn\u00ed vzduch su\u0161\u0161\u00ed (paradoxn\u011b \u010dasto v mraziv\u00fdch dnech, kdy je absolutn\u00ed vlhkost vzduchu n\u00edzk\u00e1). Dlouhodob\u00e9 v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00fdmi okny v suter\u00e9nu v tepl\u00fdch podzimn\u00edch nebo zimn\u00edch dnech m\u016f\u017ee naopak zp\u016fsobit kondenzaci, jeliko\u017e tepl\u00fd a vlhk\u00fd vzduch zven\u010d\u00ed po vstupu do studen\u00e9ho suter\u00e9nu zkondenzuje na chladn\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch. <strong>Chytr\u00e9, kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 a intenzivn\u00ed v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed je kl\u00ed\u010dem k such\u00e9mu suter\u00e9nu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159\u00edprava z\u00e1klad\u016f a spodn\u00ed stavby na zimu nen\u00ed jen formalita, ale <strong>z\u00e1sadn\u00ed krok pro ochranu va\u0161eho domu<\/strong> p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm mrazem a vlhkost\u00ed. A\u0165 u\u017e stav\u00edte novostavbu, nebo \u0159e\u0161\u00edte probl\u00e9my se star\u0161\u00ed stavbou, v\u011bnov\u00e1n\u00ed pozornosti detail\u016fm hydroizolace, dren\u00e1\u017ee, zateplen\u00ed soklu a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 ter\u00e9nn\u00ed \u00fapravy se mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b vyplat\u00ed.
