The subsoil in the area is comprised of clay. Therefore it was necessary to first the foundation first on the reinforced concrete piles and then on reinforced concrete pads and ground tables.
The two partially embedded underground floors can park approximately 65 cars. The entire building is connected by two staircases and two elevators. All apartments are facilitated with their own storage rooms. So there was no need to build individual cellars in the basement.
Due to the southern facing and uninterrupted orientation of all living rooms, the apartments offer sunshine beyond the standard. On the second to sixth floor the loggia with French windows is located along the entire southern facade. Larger apartments on the seventh floor have their own terraces.
