Reconstruction of an apartment building in Kroměříž

In August 2021, we started repairs and completion of the house, which previously served as a workplace of the Territorial Military Service. The former area of ​​the Territorial Military Administration, which is located close to the historic core of the city, near the Flower Garden, is gradually being transformed into modern housing.

A total of 29 housing units were created in the building. Specifically, 18 apartments of size 1 a kitchen corner, 7 apartments of size 2 and a kitchen corner, and 4 apartments of size 3 and a kitchen corner. The town of Kroměříž, which initiated the reconstruction and completion, will then offer most of the apartments as starter apartments to people under 35 years of age.

The Kroměříž Municipal Police Station is also located on the ground floor of the apartment building and in the new building, which is connected to the apartment building by a bridge on the first floor. It moved to Havlíčkova Street from the existing headquarters on Velké náměstí. At the station, we also created eleven parking spaces for the police by deepening the terrain.
